Background

Scope and Content:

This collection consists primarily of materials from various conferences and special institutes, including: The Institute on Special Education Problems Occasioned by Desegregation and the Special Training Institute Program. These include correspondence with program participants, informational materials, and reports.

Biographical / Historical:

Much of the material in this collection was created by John Ether, a professor of Curriculum and Instruction. Degrees in curriculum and instruction are now offered by the Department of Educational Theory and Practice.

Acquisition information:

All items in this collection were transferred to the University Libraries, M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives.
