More than 45 Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Central Region "Polar Peeps" team members were among the first "plungers" to enter Oneida Lake at the Polar Plunge at Oneida Shores to benefit the Special Olympics. The team was the largest team and largest fund-raiser at the event, bringing in more than $17,500.
