The fourth series of the collection contains papers from The Coming of SUNY Conference hosted at SUNY Brockport in 1991. This conference is particularly important as it was one of the first efforts to gather historians and archivists to discuss the founding and history of the SUNY System. The conference program as well as a list of participants is included in this series. Papers and abstracts listed in the program are also included in this series as well as some of Fausold’s personal notes on each.

The General Reference Collection was created by archivists to hold information on campus history that is not part of any organic record group. The collection contains material from a variety of outside sources, excepts from newspapers and other publications, press releases and promotional materials, and loose university records.

ABC Election Research Unit, 1960-1965, Undated

Tanya Melich was director of the Election Research Unit for ABC News during the 1964 Republican National Convention. As a result, she accumulated numerous papers regarding the presidential primaries in New Hampshire and California, as well as the Republican National Convention and inaugural celebration. The series includes voting reports and analysis, general information on the convention, schedules, biographical information of candidates and platforms, committee meeting notes, and news clippings. The series begins with the New Hampshire primary in March, continues with the California and later primaries, the Republican National Convention in July, and ends with the inauguration of 1965.

This series contains course materials from the School of Nursing. Files include course descriptions and objectives, blank tests and exams, handouts, and syllabi. Faculty and administrators created all the materials. Please note that sometimes the school retained course materials for different academic years in the same file. Other times, materials were separated by year. The archivist retained both types of original order. In addition, see Series 2 for files on R.N. Challenge Exams and transitional courses.
