In this series are publications (mostly journal articles) of interest to Link that were produced by other authors. In a certain sense, they can be categorized as specific and non-specific (although they are not divided into actual subseries).

Types of material include letters, carbon copies, journal articles, photographs and scientific research. Correspondence arranged chronologically pertaining to Woodcock's work aboard the research vessel Atlantis, 1930-1939, and work with the Navy on the smoke screens at sea project, 1944-45. Research into atmospheric sea salts and sea salt nuclei 1947-1986; Project Shower research into warm rain in Hawaii, 1954-1957; and Hawaiian cloud physics, 1952-1965. Also included is correspondence pertaining to Woodcock's study of Hawaiian rainfall, 1967-1972; atmospheric studies at the volcano Mauna Kea, 1965-1977; permafrost at Mauna Kea, 1969-1977; "mountain breathing" at Mauna Kea, 1976-1979; and Lake Waiau, 1965-1985. Correspondence dealing with Woodcock's research into sea salt, and studies of canal fog, 1979-1986. This series is divided up into eight subseries that document various prominent issues addressed by NYCAP in its work, particularly that used in its information clearinghouse and in programs it conducted. Subseries 4: Activist Organizations and Coalitions is a collection of materials from groups involved in promoting pesticide alternatives like NYCAP, or with other environmental issues generally. The series includes articles, correspondence, reports, pamphlets, and notes. The majority of the material was not produced by NYCAP, although it generally either part of a campaign they were working on, or information they distributed.

This series contains analysis of N.Y. State legislation bills by coalition staff and decisions to support or oppose a bill. The series also contains bill monitoring in the assembly and senate 1983-1984, along with bill reporting forms. Many Assembly and Senate bills, along with bill calendars/index can also be found for 1983-1984. Paperwork on opposition to the death penalty for the years of 1979-1984 are also present, lists of Assembly and Senate leaders stating their position on the death penalty, and the 1984 State of the State Message given by Mario M. Cuomo. Insanity defense paperwork by the New York Defenders Association, INC. can be found, along with memorandums of support for several different bills concerning such topics as acts to amend the criminal procedure laws, correctional law, and the penal law etc. The series contains proposed legislation concerning Parole, Permitting Prisoners Serving Life Sentences To Marry, Pre-trial Detention, Probation, Sealing Misdemeanor Records, Victim Compensation Laws, Marijuana Reform, Prison Construction, and Programs For Released Prisoners.
