Chartwells Selected As University's New Food Service Provider

Chartwells was selected as the University's new food service provider by University Auxiliary Services (UAS) with recommendation by the University's Food Service Selection Committee. Chartwells will provide longer dining hall hours, more vegetarian and vegan meals, and a Ritazza Cafe with lounge setting, which should open in October. UAS has also hired an independent auditor, John Morrell, to carry out unannounced safety audits of the food service.
