College of Arts and Sciences Split

College of Arts and Sciences split into College of Humanities and Fine Arts, College of Science and Mathematics, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. John Shumaker is named first dean of the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, Vincent Cowling heads the College of Science and Mathematics, and Richard Kendall heads the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
