The Worksite Security Act would require public employers with more than 20 employees to assess risk and develop an action plan to prevent potential workplace violence.

His daily activities demonstrate that good security requires many components. The high-risk population served by the psychiatric center requires a sophisticated system which uses computers and electronics to control the locks.

Farley launched the Lifeline Program, which donates cell phones to domestic violence victims, to allow them to reach emergency help.
