- The scene of the frieze from left to right: The vanquished advance to meet Alexander, heralds blowing a horns, men erecting an alter for burning perfume at Bagephanes' orders , women scattering flower petals. Bagephanes was the keeper of the defeated Persian King Darius III's treasure. Imaging funded by the Milne School, Class of 1961.(21" X 300" photograph)
