John M. "Tim" Reilly, United University Professions (UUP) president from 1987 to 1993. Reilly had been a chief union negotiator and chaired the Negotiations Committee, and was credited with winning TIAA-CREF pension reform. He was also a vice president of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and a board member of New York State United Teachers (NYSUT).
