Collins (second gentleman from the viewer's left), President of the New York State College for Teachers (the name of the institution at the time of this photograph) from July 1949-June 30, 1969, Virginia Collins (second woman from the viewer's left), Leonard Friedlander (first gentleman from viewer's right), New York State College for Teachers, Class of 1939, and Maritta Whitbeck, New York State Normal School, Class of 1898 or 1899. The event was held in association with the New York State College for Teachers Alumni Day festivities, 1958.
