A news clipping from the Utica, NY Observer-Dispatch, about 80 local members of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) left the Utica Bus Terminal this morning for Albany where they will join delegations from Long Island, New York City, and Albany in a protest demonstration. Target of the demonstration is J. Earl Kelly, state CSEA Director of Classification and Compensation, who this week rejected a CSEA proposal for salary upgrading of state office and clerical employees.
