Federal PALs are activist members of CSEA who have undertaken a critical mission: To carefully track the political and voting activity of their congressional representatives and senators; to communicate and lobby on behalf of union members to federal lawmakers; and to hold the lawmakers' feet to the fire when they are faced with votes of particular interest to CSEA members. The CSEA is New York State's largest union.
