Unidentified Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) members of the Nassau County Local 830 Unity Committee pose for a photo during the eighth annual Martin Luther King Jr. Ceremonial Brunch held on Long Island, New York. CSEA President Danny Donohue, a guest speaker at the event, commended the work of the committee for organizing the Martin Luther King Jr. Ceremonial Brunch and remarked how in each of the past eight years the annual brunch has grown. Donohue also told the crowd how proud he is as president of CSEA to see how the diversity at the event represents the true strength and fabric of CSEA. Hundreds of union members and community supporters turned out for the Nassau County event, which was among several held statewide to honor the memory of the slain civil rights leader and to commemorate Black History Month.
