- Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) officers gather at a vigil in rememberance of those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center attacks. The vigil was held at Central Park in New York City on September 11, 2002. Coinciding with the vigil was the 2002 CSEA Annual Delegates Meeting. From left are CSEA Statewide Treasurer Maureen Malone, Central Region President Jim Moore, Western Region President Flo Tripi, Southern Region President Diane Hewitt, Statewide President Danny Donohue and Metropolitian Region Director Alan Jennings.
