For the second year, workers in the Manlius Highway Department in Onondaga County took one of their big snowplows out to a "show and tell" program at the preschool to teach yougsters that a plow is not something to be scared of, but also to remind them to stay out of its way.

Across New York State CSEA members are caring community members, donating time and raising money for local charities and communnity projects all year long.
