The Oneida, NY Chapter of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) celebrate the holidays at their 22nd annual Christmas party Dec. 1, 1972, at Trinkaus Manor. Special guests included Louis Sunderhaft, Oneida County Chapter president; Dr. Theodore Wenzl, New York State CSEA president; Joseph Dolan and Joseph Lazarony, of the organization's state County Division; John Scholl, Oneida County CSEA attorney; Mayor Michael Caruso of Utica; Mayor William Valentine of Rome; Jay McLinden, Assistant County Executive; and William R. Williams, board chairman of the Oneida County Legislature. Ray Castle, former president of the Central Conference of CSEA, served as master of ceremonies, and Lewis Eddy and Henry Haas served as co-chairmen of the dinner.
