Unidentified Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) members of the department workers are picketing the office each morning before work and during their lunch hour. Ted Modrzejewski, state field representative for the Civil Service Employee Association, has said that the picketing would coninue everday to "make the public aware of what's happening to this office."
