The Utica Chapter of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) have been awarded trophies for their chapter scrapbooks and projects conducted during the year. On hand were, from left, Lois Ann Minozzi, publicity chairman for Utica Chapter; Joseph Umstetter, Utica State President; Clara Boone, President, Central Conference, CSEA, and Roger Piersall, Utica State publicity chairman.
