A portrait of James A. Conway, New York State College for Teachers, Class of 1954 (BA) and 1963 (CAS and EDD). He was the college's first doctoral degree candidate. Conway was Professor Emeritus in Educational Organization, Administration and Policy at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
