It was ratified by a 7 to 2 margin and is their first contract since voting to join CSEA in 2005. According to Long Island Region President Nick LaMorte the contract lays the foundation for an atmosphere of fairness and cooperation between the union and the town and is a win-win for everyone. The CSEA is New York State's largest union.
