A scan of a telegram of greeting to the 1933 annual dinner of the Association of State Civil Service Employees (as Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) was then known) from newly elected United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. According to Association records, Roosevelt had attended the annual dinner on previous occasions during his term as New York State Governor.
