Mike Wilson, NY Guard Major Denis Uminski, and Hudson River Psychiatric Center Local President Judy Watts-Devine move relief supplies. Two vacant buildings at the Hudson River Psychiatric Center's Poughkeepsie campus became a staging facility for relief supplies when other facilities in New York City filled quickly following the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attacks.
