Across New York, Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) members are reaching out to their communities to help make the holidays brighter for New Yorkers who are facing tough times. Theirs were one of a number of county departments adopting families through the Youth Bureau this year, purchasing holiday gifts, food and gift cards for families in need.
