Two Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) Town of Greece highway workers are credited with saving the life of an elderly man who somehow found himself in the middle of a fenced-in construction site next to the highway department and got stuck up to his armpits in mud and water and clinging to a post. The two workers heard the man's cries for help and stayed with him until emergency responders came and then helped pull the man to safety.
