Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) will observe Workers' Memorial Day April 28 to remember those who have passed away or sustained serious injuries while doing their jobs, including Robert DelVecchio Jr., 35, a highway worker in the Town of Mamaroneck, who passed away November 11, 2011 after being struck by a recycling truck at the town's sanitation and recycling center.
