Capital Region Head Start and Civil Service..., 2013 April 1

apap015

Capital Region Head Start and Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) members discussed specific concerns with United States Representative Paul Tonko after he spoke at the Capital Region Spring Conference about the dangers of the federal government's budget sequestration and its effect on working families. 750,000 jobs could be lost and government services including Head Start, meat inspection and border security will be reduced if this continues through 2013.
