This series contains materials related to the construction of the second Dormitory, now known as Indian Quad, on the Uptown Campus. Materials included are change orders, punch lists, reports from the construction firm, and concrete tests results for that building.

This series contains records concerning events that the Delmar Progress Club organized and participated in, such as stage productions, Club annual or spring banquets, Club fall banquets, Club anniversary celebrations, Bethlehem Public Library anniversary celebrations, and charitable fundraisers. This series does not contain events organized by the General Federation of Women's Clubs or the New York State Federation of Women's Club; any materials relating to such events can be found in the subject files series. The materials in this series include event flyers, event booklets and programs, event calendars, song lyrics, newspaper clippings, dues statements, photographs, scripts for stage performances, request forms for event spaces, cast lists, correspondence concerning donations, sheet music, e-mails, Bethlehem Public Library newsletters, presentation scripts, history of the Delmar Progress Club, letters from the Club president, submissions to Progress in Print (the Club's newsletter) about upcoming Club events, photo albums for the Club's Festival of the Arts (they are stored in ordinary folders and oversized boxes), and DVDs and VHS tapes (they are stored in a smaller box). In addition, this series includes folders containing both photographs and other materials and those only containing photographs. This series also contains records concerning the foundation, history, and upkeep of the Bethlehem Public Library, including history of the Bethlehem Public Library, meeting minutes from the Bethlehem Public Library Centennial Committee, the constitution of the Delmar Free Library Association, an annual report for the Delmar Free Library from 1914, and indentures from the will of George C. Adams to support the Delmar Free Library Association, and a resolution by the board of directors of the Delmar Progress Club to fund equipment and/or materials for the Bethlehem Library. Finally, the series contains the records of the Club's garden study group and the performing arts study group.

Grant applications are large packets of records and require several forms of documentation from applicants to serve as evidence of an individual or institution's ability to legally and responsibly utilize the monies that could be awarded to them. The grant applications and supporting documents featured in the Grant Funding series are no different and as such feature the same type of documents throughout, regardless of the year. The Music Mobile was prompted to provide financial information that almost always included papers dated from 1979 and 1986. It was also required to provide promotional information, which almost always included newspaper clippings (or copies of newspaper clippings) from a range of dates, some further from the application year than others, as well as flyers and posters, which were considered undated by the processor because they do not have print dates associated with them. All of these factors extended the range of dates featured on the folder titles.

This series contains legislative records that Paul A. Fino worked with during his time in Congress from January 3. 1953 to December 31,1968. During this time, Fino tried to inact a national lottery. During his time in the House of Representives, he was a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 1960, 1964, and 1968. This series contains records of his time in Congress as well as records related to the National Lottery.

This series includes research materials maintained by Hopkins related to articles, monographs and book reviews that she published, as well as proposed manuscripts. Series focuses on several literary figures and topics that were of particular interest to Hopkins, including Dewitt Clinton, Delia Bacon, Francis Adrian Van Der Kamp, Francis Bacon, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and the portrayal of Satan in literature. Included are materials related to her works Prodigal Puritan: A Life of Delia Bacon (1940), Spires of Form: A Study of Emerson's Aesthetic Theory (1951), as well as a number of articles. Series includes typescripts, handwritten and typed notes, copies of scholarly journal articles by Hopkins, publications containing the work of her former student Naoshi Koriyama, and correspondence.

This series consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, invitations, newspaper articles, constitutions and by-laws, brochures, directories, poems, workshops, evaluations, skit and music lyrics, questionnaires, newsletters, inventories, bills, receipts, contracts, and rush handbooks.

Minutes of meetings of the non-teaching professional staff prior to the formation of the State University Professional Association (SUPA) in October 1969; minutes of meetings of SUPA's Executive Committee and Governing Board; and minutes of meetings of Senate Professional Association's (SPA) Executive Board and its Representative Council. Many of the minutes in this series document the debate over whether non-teaching professionals should affiliate themselves with SPA or remain autonomous to work for their distinct interests. Some of the SPA minutes are barely legible.
