Also contains information concerning the State Scholarship Program, 1950; two year degree colleges; the central campus issue, 1957; graduate education, 1958; CUNY, 1976; Long Range Planning conference, 1979; the State Education Department, 1979-1980, 1983-1984, 1988; state funding for higher education, 1991; performance standards for postsecundary and adult vocational education programs, 1992.
