LM&G CRANE RATES RESOLVED

_ For many years the Union Representatives in the Large Motor &
Generator Department have felt that the:Crane Operators and Followers
were not rated properly. There have been. emany grievances filed and
numerous. discussion, have been held.

At one time ‘the Company made” an offer.on a plant-wide basis; however,
after many meetings, Union Representatives decided to refuse this plant-
