In accordance with Article XVIII, Sec. F, of ‘the Local 301. Const-
itution, nominees were informed: by special delivery, registered mail

They were alsa informed that provision. an Article XVITI stipulates,
upon receipt of notification, that nominees must answer within 4 days
whether they accept or decline the nomination; otherwise, they shall not
be considered as candidates.

appeared before members of. the Election Committee and in conformity with
provisions of Local Constitution drew by lot their position on.the ballot,
