CANDIDATES uae FOR LOCAL 301 OFFICES

In accordance with Article XVIII, Sec. F, of ‘the Local 301. Const-
itution, nominees were informed: by special delivery, registered mail
that they had been nominated:-for the: various elective oF tbces:

Local 301 organization,

They were alsa informed that provision. an Article XVITI stipulates,
upon receipt of notification, that nominees must answer within 4 days
whether they accept or decline the nomination; otherwise, they shall not

be considered as candidates.

The deadline was 12 noon, Mondays November

On Tuesday, November 27th, patric date ‘running for Engel 301 offices

appeared before members of. the Election Committee and in conformity with
provisions of Local Constitution drew by lot their position on.the ballot,
and indicated whether they wanted.to run independently.or on a slate,
