with the requirements of the Landrum-Griffith Law,. The nominations for
the Board were conducted in ‘the same manner on Wednesday, December 6, :
1961, Where there was more than one candidate running in a Board Member's
jurisdiction, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes
had their, names printed on. the final ballot. ‘here there:was one can«
didate nominated. only that one name was printed on the final ballot.

The Election Committee provided. forms to candidates who were riom=
