Correspondence from UUP members to chief negotiator Thomas Corigliano and UUP's President, Tim Reilly, expressing concerns they would like covered in new contract; correspondence among negotiations team and negotiations committee; draft proposals and agreements; transcripts of negotiations sessions not included in main negotiations files for this contract included in Series 1 of this Subgroup; news reports regarding contract settlements between state and other public employee unions; third-party reports; reference files on issues under negotiation; and handwritten notes. These were the files of chief negotiator Thomas Corigliano. The materials were not filed in any overall order; often there was no identifying information on the folders in which they were found and many of the materials were not in folders at all. Folder titles with quotation marks indicate original folder titles; all other folder titles were assigned during processing and often contain overlapping materials and overlap in date.
