Series 2 consists of publications from SUNY, including various newsletters, published meeting minutes, and annual reports. Also included in Subject Files is correspondence from various educational organizations outside of the SUNY system, papers from the SASU, and studies regarding higher education systems in New York and across the country.

The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
