Although Constantine Yeracaris never signed the release form for the UUP Oral History Project, the interviewee returned a corrected transcript, which was not initialed on every page, and correspodence indicating approval of the corrected transcript. In correspondence (see the previous file), Professor Ivan Steen reluctantly accepted this corrected transcript. This original transcript, however, was never released by the interviewee and is therefore restricted along with the original taped interview (Series 1).
