Scope and content:: This series includes information on the case of the Reverends Dan and Francis Potter. Dan and Francis Potter owned several buildings in downtown Albany, most of which were found on Clinton St. This series tracks the history of the Potters' ownership throughout the 1970s. It contains the inspection reports for the buildings and the correspondence between the Potters and the agency performing the inspections concerning the repair history of these buildings. One also finds correspondence between the UTA and members of the United Church of Christ, the agendas and call to meetings held by the UTA for the benefit of the tenants, and the clippings and press releases that track the Potter case to their sale of these buildings.
