- This series is a mix of statewide and individual school financial papers. Each folder is labeled accordingly so researchers can tell at a glance if a folder is related to a specific school or if it is executive committee information. Topics include cash flow reports, expense sheets, tax information, and budgeting guidelines. There is a select amount of material for each school and the executive committee, but no one category has a large amount of financial data, which overall is very scarce for this group.

Using these materials

- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- Access to this record group is unrestricted with the exception of the membership series. Researchers seeking access to Series #8 should contact the head of archives.
- Collection terms of access:
- The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher. Requests for permission to publish material from this collection should be discussed with the Head of Special Collections and Archives.
