- Scope and content:
- Series 7 contains an assortment of artifacts accumulated or created by the GSEU. Most are undated, such as the t-shirts and buttons, but are still a good representation of the opinions and actions of the group as a whole. Box one has most of the three-dimensional items while box two houses all of the photos. Only one package of pictures was labeled specifically by GSEU members with the event and date. Finally, there are two oversized folders with GSEU posters, some professionally printed while others are handmade.

Using these materials
- Access:
- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- Access to this record group is unrestricted with the exception of the membership series. Researchers seeking access to Series #8 should contact the head of archives.
- Collection terms of access:
- The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher.
