- The administrative materials cover the period of time for the third phase of the Capital Jury Project. Much of the series materials are supplemental to the State Interview Summaries including informed consent from various institutions and the coding key to the juror instruments.

Using these materials
- Access:
- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- As an alternative to accessing the closed portions of this sub-series, researchers may also be able to access portions of aggregate data from the CJP study, but which are not part of the collection at the University at Albany, to test specific research questions. Please contact an archivist for more details.
- Collection terms of access:
- The Department of Special Collections and Archives is eager to hear from any copyright owners who are not properly identified so that appropriate information may be provided in the future.
