Scope and content:
Some of the releases are linked to the reports in Series 8, but due to their varying nature and bulk, have been separated. Releases include memorandums, transit information, statements, notices, information on reports that were released simultaneously, and information on a wide range of other topics related to New York City's financial situation from the 1930s through 1990s, and on all of New York State from 1984 to the 1990s.

The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
