William Kirby was sentenced to be hung on the 6th inst,
We learn, from the Ogdenburg GAZETTE, that the Governor
has suspended the execution until Friday, April 2, 182),
Kirby, it will be recollected, was tried and found guilty
on his own confession of drowning his two children in the
