Smith, a 39-year-old Williamson, Gas, white man, his wife @hoise went
on an outing to the Flint River with his brother and sister-in-law
on the afternoon of June 25, 19, When they returned to the Smith

house, the in-laws waited-on-the-front-porch while Smith and his)
wife went inside. The relatives heard a scuffle and when the Smiths.
