spite by Governor Bilbo. A citizenspetition presented
to the governor said the man was not expected to live
long, The prisoner, 17 years of age, was sentenced to dj
for the accidental killing of Roxie Lee Dixon as he was
shooting at a man he charged had threatened his life."
