at the second meenting: 'That the slaves ISRAEL and ALLEN,
of the Late Dr, Keitt, be hung and that JOHN and ZELIUS,
also slaves of Dr. Keitt, receive each 50 stripes a day,
and the woman MELVINA, 25 stripes a day, for ten consecu-
tive days, Sundays excepted, and that they be banished

through their foreman, returned the following amendment
