resiment on on about 7/13/14 while on the march from
Pittsburgh to Fort Erie and resisted arrest when de-
tected. He was condemned by a Court Martial at Pt. Erie
on 9/28/14 but for some unexplained reason was sent to
Sackets Harbor for execution.
