County) on Dec. , 1916, According to EVENING SENTINEL,
Carlisle, Pa., 10-19-1916 (1-1) in reporting his case had
been continued by Board of Pardons, he was 18<years<old,
Affirmed: 98 A 882 (See) giving name of victim as J. He
James, an ice cream peddler and date of crime as September
29, 1915.

the electric chair, All efforts by his friends to obtain
a reprieve were abandoned, The pardon board had rejected

his plea for commutation of sentence, The fact that Digeso
