cribed as a “Mexican™. On night of V1/21/i10Gr,
he and two others "an American and an Irishman”
were drunk, broke into a couple of places and
stole some items, also intimidating women. Ray-
mond positivel y identified by two women. Only
he was tried, convicted and sentenced to death
by regimental court of inquiry called by Col.
Charles R, Jennison,. On 11-21-1861 (Sunday)
he was shot by firing squad. Died with pay owed
him for enlistment, but owed government 735.86
