White, electrocuted Pennsylvania (Northumberland Co.)
on dane 23. 1928, Affirmed: 10 ATLANTIC 611, Defense
was insanity. Was desirous of going with girl, but her
family objected. On day of murder metitgirl on street
with three other girls and forced her to accompany him
to her home. Family met on porch and in ensuing argu-
ment, Scovern shot the girl, her father and both of her
brothers, with one brother dying 17 days later and the
other victims all r ecoverings
