DOWDELL, Raymond January 45th, 1943

Black, 31, electrocuted Georgia (Muscogee ee-191,3 for
the murder of Mattie Pearl Thornton. See appeal: 22 SE (2
310 - GEORGIA BOOK AND MAGAZINE EXCERPIS. Stabbed her to

death in February, 1938, and fled. Subsequently arrested
in New York City.
