south to work in coal mines, Was employed by Colora
Fuel Co, at Rouse, Was paying court to Sillman's wife
and they had frequently quarreled. One day after a fight
in which Sillman whipped him, he armed himself with gun
and then he met Sillman who was riding a horse, he shot
and killed, Was very nervous and for several days before

Bible and praying for forgiveness, Witnesses would’ not
