LASHLEY, Frederick
Black, executed by lethal injection at the Missouri
State Prison (Saint Louis) for the 1981 murder of his
cousin & foster mother, Janie Tracy, in a robbery which
netted him $15. Began drinking at 10, and a heavy
alcohol & drug used, having saken PCP just before murs
der. Was barely 17 at time of crime.
